- Encourage and direct supervisors to collect customer feedback forms
- Collect relevant issues during branch visits and coordinate with concerned in operations for solutions
- Liaison with the concerned in operations to deliver operations modules during New hire training
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s diploma in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related region. A Master’s diploma or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Pharmacy Technician) is first-rate.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-five years of enjoy in pharmacy practice, pharmaceutical training, or an associated region. Experience in education or instructional format is a plus.
